QQ had a big problem. She does not like to drink plain water. Not drinking enough water results in constipation, a painful experience for QQ. We decided to add a bit of Ribena to her plain water and see if she wants to drink it.
Finally, she finishes the whole bottle, about 7 ounces of water!
I guess ribena is good too, as the label says it is rich in vitamin C. But my father always say that ribena is too sweet and will make a kid cough. I guess if you follow the instruction to dillute it, it will still be too concentrated for children. I only used about 1 tablespoon (metal not porcelain spoon) to 7 ounces of water, pour out a bit to try the sweetness. Just a bit ribena taste will be fine. If I think its too sweet, I will pour away the mixture and try again! So far so good. QQ is very healthy. :)
