First Walk Walk Video!

Hello! This is a first video of Little QQ walk walk! She is walking back and forth from the tv and her personal sofa. :) She is always standing right in front of the tv to watch the programs. We always had to bring her away from the tv, sometimes we put her in her playpan so that she will be confined in a distance from the tv, while watching its programs.

QQ loves to watch the commercials and sometimes imitates their actions. Maybe I will try to record her doing that!

Ribena

QQ had a big problem. She does not like to drink plain water. Not drinking enough water results in constipation, a painful experience for QQ. We decided to add a bit of Ribena to her plain water and see if she wants to drink it.

Finally, she finishes the whole bottle, about 7 ounces of water!

I guess ribena is good too, as the label says it is rich in vitamin C. But my father always say that ribena is too sweet and will make a kid cough. I guess if you follow the instruction to dillute it, it will still be too concentrated for children. I only used about 1 tablespoon (metal not porcelain spoon) to 7 ounces of water, pour out a bit to try the sweetness. Just a bit ribena taste will be fine. If I think its too sweet, I will pour away the mixture and try again! So far so good. QQ is very healthy. :)

New accordion panel in full post

I have created an accordion panel as sidebar menu, when you are reading the full story.

You can click on the tab to slide it up to review next latest post in the category. This feature was added because a friend of my wife says she cannot find the next video. :)

One disadvantage, the large video will be blocked by the accordion, if your monitor resolution is low. So next time i can only post small video..

First Photos of QQ walking

These are QQ’s first photos of her walking all by herself! QQ is actually trying to push her own bicycle, we had to stop her as she had just managed to walk and still not stable.

We were quite worried that QQ did not know how to walk, as she always had people to carry her around and refuse to learn to walk. She only walks or run in her playpan, while holding the rails. But, someday during this month, she suddenly stands up and walk a few steps, before we realised and hold her, as we were afraid she would fall.

Now, she wants to walk alone and tries to climb sofa or grab things that are within her reach. We still keep a close distance behind her. Poor Po Po had to follow QQ the whole day, to ensure that QQ did not fall and hurt herself.

Tomorrow, my mother in law, Little QQ’s Po Po and My Father, Little QQ’s Ah Gong are celebrating their birthday!

We will be having lunch to celebrate my father’s birthday, which is a last minute decision by my father.. So no choice but to have lunch instead of dinner… :)

For dinner. We will be celebrating Po Po’s birthday. I think most of u are invited by my wife to attend her mother’s birthday dinner.
